Steven N. Siegler, ASA, FRICS is an internationally recognized private equity-investor and valuer specializing in the valuation and disposition of special assets and as Court Appointed Receiver/Keeper/Trustee/Assignee for secured lenders, attorneys and law firms throughout-the-world. Mr. Siegler specializes in the valuation and disposition of hard-to-value and environmentally impaired real and moveable assets and, in providing valuation related expert witness testimony and litigation support services to attorneys and law firms. Steven is an Elite rated member of the peer-voted SuperAppraisers® Global Network of internationally-recognized appraisers, and he is the only RICS accredited valuation expert witness in the Americas. He has successfully handled some of the world’s most important and high-profile valuation cases. Steven is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) with and was honored to serve as the founding Chairman of Appraisal Review and Management (ARM) for the American Society of Appraisers from 2002-2011. Mr. Siegler co-authored and directed the implementation of the ASA’ Appraisal Review and Management Principals of Valuations series of courses, ARM 201, 202, 203 and 204 and best practices that are now taught to professional valuers, government officials, legal experts, and many others throughout-the-world. Additionally, Mr. Siegler holds international valuation accreditation as Fellow, Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS), and he is the only RICS accredited expert witness in the Americas and one of only a handful of such valuation expert witnesses in the world holding the much-coveted RICS Expert Witness Accreditation Service (EWAS) certification. Mr. Siegler holds TS Clearance with the U.S. Government and he is uniquely qualified to practice before U.S. Government agencies in national-security-related valuation and in other special matters.

Steven is distinguished by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) for his award-winning representation of secured creditors interests in the disposition of environmentally impaired real and moveable special-assets, and EDS is recognized by the USEPA as the only company of its kind allowed to conduct onsite asset recovery and site management services for secured creditors on active Superfund Sites. He has successfully handled the disposition of Superfund and Brownfield sites for client secured lenders as well as for EDS' own account.
