Thomas R. Califano is a partner and U.S. co-chair of the restructuring practice group in the New York office of DLA Piper. His particular emphasis is on company- and buyer-side representation, and he has extensive experience in healthcare industry restructurings.
Travis Vandell is CEO of JND Corporate Restructuring, a claims and noticing firm focused on companies in bankruptcy and a division of JND Legal Administration. He co-founded UpShot Services LLC, which was acquired by JND in early 2016. He has managed restructuring matters that have included General Growth Properties, The Sharper Image, and Six Flags Amusement Parks, as well as healthcare restructuring matters.
