Each of the exams is administered electronically through TMA's web-based platform and administered by an online live proctor. Each exam consists of 100 multiple-choice questions. The total testing time is 2.5 hours (150 minutes) for Accounting and Finance and Legal Principles, and 3.5 hours (210 minutes) for Management.

Additional instructions are provided with the purchase of an exam registration. After purchase, the test taker schedules his exam with the proctor at his convenience.
