Jeffrey T. Varsalone, a managing Director in CBIZ’s Corporate Recovery Services Group, is a seasoned restructuring, bankruptcy, and insolvency advisor. His experience includes distressed investment banking; management turnaround advisory; debtor, senior lender, and creditor committee financial consulting; bankruptcy and insolvency litigation; and bankruptcy administration. He assists clients with liquidity solutions, assessing business plan viability, structuring plans of reorganization, and conducting Section 363 asset sale processes. Varsalone, who also has a law degree, has prepared expert reports on the solvency and valuation of distressed businesses and has testified in U.S. Bankruptcy Courts.
