Mark Salzberg is a partner in Squire Patton Boggs’ Washington, D.C., office and the firm’s Restructuring & Insolvency Practice Group. He focuses on bankruptcy litigation, creditors’ rights, debtor reorganizations, and complex commercial litigation, and has represented debtors, creditors’ committees, financial institutions, secured and unsecured creditors, franchisors, and distributors in bankruptcy matters throughout the United States. Salzberg has served as lead counsel in bankruptcy appeals at both the district court and bankruptcy appellate panel levels.
Susan Kelly is a partner in the Squire Patton Boggs (UK) LLP Restructuring & Insolvency practice group. She leads the practice group in the U.K. and Europe and co-chairs the firm's international restructuring practice. Kelly’s practice covers a broad range of insolvency, both contentious and noncontentious; lender security reviews and enhancement; reconstruction; turnaround; and business support. She has particular experience in acting for financiers, including top tier banks, major accounting firms, international asset-based lenders, and multinational corporations.
Nava Hazan is a partner at Squire Patton Boggs (US) LLP based in New York and a member of the firm’s Reorganization & Insolvency Practice Group. She is also co-chair of the firm’s Cross Border Restructuring Practice. She represents debtors and official committees in complex Chapter 11 cases, as well as foreign liquidators and companies in Chapter 15 and other cross-border matters.
