Guilherme Fontes Bechara is a senior associate in the Litigation, Banking and Restructuring Departments at Demarest Advogados in São Paulo, Brazil. He focuses on dispute resolution and corporate restructuring, advising domestic and foreign companies in different industries. Fabio de Almeida Braga is a partner in the Banking and Restructuring Department at Demarest Advogados in São Paulo, Brazil.
