Hon. Kevin J. Carey is the 2015 TMA Global Chairman. Judge Carey has served on the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware since December 9, 2005 (and was chief judge from 2008 to 2011), having first been appointed as a bankruptcy judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania on January 25, 2001. He is a member of the Committee on Space and Facilities of the Judicial Conference of the United States, and on the Third Circuit Judicial Council’s Facilities and Security Committee. He is on the Board of Directors of the American Bankruptcy Institute and is a member of the National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges. He is a contributing author to Collier on Bankruptcy and Collier Forms Manual.
