The TLW course addresses the early warning signs of business failure, information gathering, and the five steps of the turnaround process. Many complex legal, business, and personal issues must be resolved during a workout, usually in a very short amount of time and often in an emotionally charged atmosphere. The interests of the lender, suppliers, and the owner or shareholders of a company often collide as each stakeholder seeks to maximize the value of its own position. The TLW course is designed to help individuals understand the process better and develop game plans for dealing with issues that are likely to arise.
