Our Program
Join us as Yale University's School of Management, Senior Associate Dean, Professor Jeffrey A. Sonnenfeld, bio, leads us in part II of this discussion where we will go beyond Trump and consider the common qualities of great leaders across sectors. Leaders create meaning and frame purpose through key influence methods which intertwine symbolism and substance. Dr. Sonnenfeld will share new research that defines the five qualities of leadership. To illustrate how bosses have a branding value on their enterprises, we will view brief video clips to provide good and bad examples for the group to discuss.
In addition to his responsibilities at Yale, Professor Sonnenfeld founded the Executive Leadership Group and has been a frequent commentator on MSNBC.
