Building Your Personal Brand

Cultivating your personal, professional brand is an important element to business success. As we journey through our careers, our personal brand is an important tool and one we should actively build upon and refine. Additionally, how we leverage our personal brand to build business, accelerate projects and close deals is an increasingly powerful asset.

In this workshop, hear from experienced deal-maker and entrepreneur, Drew Stern, on ways to build and enhance your personal brand, tips to accelerate your business development, and have a chance to practice your personal elevator pitch with your peers.

Drew Stern is the Managing Director and VP of Esquify at Xact Data Discovery (XDD). As the former CEO and Co-Founder of Esquify, Drew came to XDD via the successful acquisition of Esquify’s award winning, AI-driven workforce management platform.  As a product innovator, deal-maker and accomplished technology executive, Drew has held leadership positions at Salesforce, American Express and Buddy Media, closed deals with industry leading companies from Facebook to Relativity, has been recognized as ‘40 Under 40’ by M&A Advisor and a ‘Notable LGBTQ Exec’ by Crain’s Business Chicago, and holds his MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business.

Benefits of a TMA Membership

"I've gotten a number of legitimate, 'for sure wouldn't have got the deal but for TMA' deals over the years."
