Our Panel:
Judge James Tancredi presides in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Connecticut, Hartford Division, after a 38-year career as a restructuring attorney and commercial litigator at Day Pitney, LLP.
Richard D. Harris, Esq. chairs the Day Pitney LLP Technology, Telecommunications, and Outsourcing practice group. He concentrates on commercial transactions with an emphasis on IP and technology issues. He has served in leadership positions for the MIT Enterprise Forum of Connecticut and the Connecticut Technology Council. Rick lectures and writes widely on various IP and technology topics.
Joshua Pichinson is a principal and adviser in the firm of agencyIP with operations in Silicon Valley, Los Angeles, and New York. agencyIP represents patents, trademarks, copyrights, software stacks, trade-secretsand know-how from a diverse client base, managing marketing, augmentation and innovation processes to recast IP in commercial dispositions. Joshua and his colleagues have extensive IP experience in Silicon Valley and in markets throughout the world.
