Please join us on Thursday, March 28, 2019, in San Antonio as we welcome Peter Feigenbaum, Director of CR3 Partners LLC, as he presents "Today's Retail Landscape: Extinction or Evolution?" With decades of experience in the retail sector serving as Chief Marketing Officer at several large retailers, Peter has helped lead multiple turnarounds and restructurings. He will share with attendees the background of where the retail industry has been, the outcome of some leading retail bankruptcies, and what's in store for the future of retail.

This special video conference option will be held at the Norton Rose Fulbright office at 98 San Jacinto, Suite 1100, Austin, 78701. **The building garage is accessible via Brazos St. and  visitor parking rates are $7.00 per 30 minutes with a daily maximum of $49.00.  Nearby street parking is usually the most affordable option.

There is also parking at the 111 Congress Building on the other side of the Brazos entrance for $49.00/day.



Peter Feigenbaum

Peter Feigenbaum has more than 30 years of experience in retail performance improvement, turnaround and restructuring across a wide variety of companies and categories. He has held C-level and Senior Vice President positions leading and guiding teams through business paradigm repositioning, merchandising, marketing, seasonal planning, customer service, sales, allocation and replenishment initiatives resulting in improved revenue and EBITDA results.

His background includes work for in various industries, including apparel, retail, e-commerce, lease operation, consumables, and fine jewelry, including a 1000+ location national fine jewelry specialty store and a privately-held retail catalog company. He holds a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley.

Event Cancellation Policy: 


Requests for refunds must be made in writing no later than 48 hours prior to the date of the event (e-mail is acceptable). No cancellations will be accepted within 48 hours of the event. Substitutions are allowed and must be submitted in writing (e-mail is acceptable). The substitute must be from the same firm as the original registrant and, if the substitute is not a TMA Member, the difference in registration fee will be required. Please note that if you register for the event after the cancellation deadline has passed, you will not be eligible for a refund should you need to cancel your registration. The cancellation policy applies to all registrants regardless of when the registration is submitted. Registrants who fail to attend the event and do not provide written notice in accordance with these policies and deadlines are responsible for full payment.
