Barbara is a graduate from the University of Michigan & Michigan State Law School, formally known as, Detroit College of Law School, 1988. Barbara has practiced law in the area of protecting creditor’s rights for 30 years. She’s a member of the Grand Rapids Bar Association, Michigan Creditor’s Bar Association, Consumer and the Real Property Law Section of the Michigan State Bar. Barbara serves on the NOW Board of Directors for the Turnaround Management Association of West Michigan and is a former president of the Risk Management Association of West Michigan. She’s licensed to practice debt collection in the Western and Eastern District of Federal court and licensed in the Gun Lake Tribal court. Most importantly, Barbara sits of the Board of Directors for the Women’s Resource Center of West Michigan.

The companies annually conduct over 500 auctions and appraise millions of dollars of assets. As a graduate of Reppert School of Auctioneering, Kurt specializes in both live and online auctions, and the acquisition and monetization of assets across the country. Kurt has over 16 years of experience working as a professional in the auction and asset management industries. He is passionate about the auction industry, serving regularly to call bids for an array of charitable causes, and serves as an active member of several associations including The National Auctioneers Association, Michigan Auctioneers Association, Industrial Auctioneers Association, Turn Around Management Association, Risk Management Association, and several others.

Kelly Brown Is a 15 year veteran of the distressed asset industry focusing on listing and maintaining foreclosed properties. He is currently Chief Operating Officer of PMT Preservation LLC a statewide preservation company handling distressed assets. He is also a Licensed Realtor for Bellabay Realty with a heavy concentration on buying and selling distressed assets. He consistently consults with high ranking HUD officials regarding default management in regards to HUD assets. He was the only HUD Listing Agent based in Barry County, as well a HUD Sub Prime Vendor managing hundreds of foreclosed homes. He resides in Hastings Michigan with his wife and daughter.
