Urban Land Institute Spring Meeting | May 1-3, 2018 Detroit
April 2, 2018
On May 1-3, 2018, the world of real estate development, land use planning and capital markets will meet in Detroit, Michigan for the first time since 1988. The Urban Land Institute chose Detroit for it’s Spring Meeting because of the market dynamics and leadership of ULI Michigan’s Event Co-Chairs, Bobby’s Schostak and Taubman, Eric Larson and Mark LoPatin. That decision has proved visionary as the event is on track to eclipse all of the following records:
Attendance – 3,031 pre-registered with 6 weeks to go
New Members – 175 in Michigan, and 150 others have upgraded to Full Membership just to be able to attend this meeting
Attendees will engage with 3,500 C-Suite Level Executives, remarkable speakers and thoughts leaders as they discuss emerging real estate trends, best practices in land development, crafting Public/Private/Partnerships, neighborhood development, repurposing surplus property, sustainability, and tours of our regions transformation (9 of 15 are already soldout).
